The Weekly Management Setup

For Both Formats: Starting Lineup Requirements

These are point-per-reception (PPR) leagues and have a starting lineup requirement featuring:

  • 1 Quarterback
  • 2 Running Backs
  • 3 Wide Receivers
  • 1 Tight End
  • 1 Flex (RB, WR or TE)
  • 1 Kicker (Weekly Management Format Only)
  • 1 Team Defense

An Easy $10, $25, $50 or $100 Entry Fee

A $10 bill buys you a chance at a $100 Cash Prize for a first place finish in your MFL10s league. Or if you wish to up the stakes, join an MFL25 for $25 and you'll take home $250, join an MFL50 for $50 to win $500, or even MFL100s for $100 to win $1000 if you win your league. The choice is yours. Second place winners will receive a complimentary entry into the same league level in .
